Base Oil

Premium Base Oils for Industrial Applications

SN 150 Grade 1

  • Highly refined paraffinic mineral base oil. With a high viscosity index and low sulfur content. Its high quality provides it with great resistance to oxidation and excellent smoothness properties.

    • High purity, low sulfur, excellent oxidation resistance

    • Viscosity : Medium

    • Density at 15°C : 0,85 - 0,87 g/cc

    • Viscosity at 40°C : 28 - 32 cSt

    • Viscosity at 100°C : 5,0 - 5,4 cSt

    (ASTM Standard)

SN 500 Grade 2

    • Higher viscosity base oil suitable for gear oils, greases, and heavy-duty lubricants.

    • All grades are highly refined, paraffinic, and provide low sulfur content with great oxidation stability.

    • Superior viscosity, enhanced thermal stability

    • Viscosity : High

    • Density at 15°C : 0,8 - 0,9 g/cc

    • Viscosity at 40°C : 90 - 100 cSt

    • Viscosity at 100°C : 10,5 - 11,5 cSt

    (ASTM Standard)

Applications : Where to Use Base Oil?

Our base oil is recommended for:

Blending of automotive engine oils – for both diesel and gasoline engines

Gear oils and hydraulic fluids – for industrial and off-road equipment

Compressor and turbine oils – requiring excellent oxidation stability

Metalworking fluids and greases – ensuring smooth operation and thermal protection

Key Benefits of Using Base Oil

  • Provides a stable base for lubricant additives to protect against wear, corrosion, and sludge buildup.

  • Delays oxidation and thermal degradation, improving oil life and performance in harsh conditions.

  • Low volatility and optimized viscosity contribute to efficient combustion and mechanical performance.

  • Ensures fluidity and reliable lubrication even in sub-zero temperatures.
